5. Service Level Agreement

7. Data and Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we provide automated backups, we are not liable for data loss.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content and software you deploy on our servers. We retain ownership of our platform, branding, and proprietary technology.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolymarketVPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss.
10. Disclaimer
PolymarketVPS provides infrastructure services only. We do not provide financial advice, and use of our services for trading is at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to services will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless you request an export.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
