- Port scanning or network probing of third-party systems
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Operating open proxies or relays without authorization
Resource Abuse
- Cryptocurrency mining without explicit approval
- Running processes that interfere with other customers
- Excessive bandwidth usage beyond fair use limits
- Attempting to exceed allocated resource limits
Malicious Content
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, or exploits
- Phishing sites or credential harvesting
- Content that violates intellectual property rights
- Illegal or harmful content of any kind
Fair Use
While we offer unmetered bandwidth, this is subject to fair use. Sustained usage significantly above average may be subject to review. We will always contact you before taking any action.
Security Requirements
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your SSH keys and passwords secure
- Updating software and applying security patches
- Monitoring for unauthorized access to your VPS
- Reporting any security incidents promptly
Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to financial services, data protection, and export controls. You are solely responsible for ensuring your trading activities comply with relevant regulations.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning and request for corrective action
- Temporary suspension of services
- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to law enforcement if required
We reserve the right to take immediate action without notice for severe violations that pose a risk to our infrastructure or other customers.
